Executive Summary 

จากการที่ผ่านการเรียนรู้มาหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งจากการศึกษาในระบบ การอบรม การทำงานในองค์กรด้านพัฒนาธุรกิจการเป็นอาจารย์สอนปริญญาโท การเป็นที่ปรึกษา การเป็นผู้อบรม การเปิดบริษัทของตนเอง และการเรียนรู้ในเชิงจิตปัญญา ทำให้ผมพบว่า นอกจากการรับรู้องค์ความรู้ที่ดีในเรื่องกลยุทธ์ วิธีการต่างๆในการทำงานแล้ว ยังควรต้องมีการเรียนรู้ในเข้าใจในเรื่องธรรมชาติมนุษย์ เพื่อเข้าใจตนเอง และพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น ในการอบรมจะได้ผลมาก โดยวิธีให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เข้าไปมีประสบการณ์ตรง (Experiential Learning) ทำงานกับโลกภายใน สัมผัสความจริง และมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากข้างใน ซึ่งจะทำให้มีผลลัพธ์ที่ดีมากกว่าการที่ได้รับรู้ข้อมูล ทฤษฎี  ความจำ หรือการวิเคราะห์ในระดับความคิด

อย่างไรก็ตาม เรายังเห็นความสำคัญขององค์ความรู้ในเชิงธุรกิจ บริหาร และการพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อขับเคลื่อนองค์กร

ฉะนั้นหลังจากที่ได้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนภายในตนเองแล้ว ผู้อบรมสามารถที่จะเข้าใจองค์ความรู้ในเชิงธุรกิจได้ดีขึ้น และยังสามารถ ต่อยอด ร่วมกันพัฒนาแนวทาง หรือวิธีการทำงานให้ดีขึ้นโดย เห็นเป็นรูปธรรม
